TLS 1.2+ in transit and encryption at rest for all customer data, including backups.
Every table enforces row-level security. Workspace data is scoped by user identity; service-role keys never reach the browser.
Role-based access per workspace and least-privilege service accounts. Audit logs cover sign-in, billing, permissions and exports. MFA available on Enterprise — by request.
Daily encrypted backups with point-in-time recovery on the primary database.
GDPR and CCPA aligned. SOC 2 Type II in progress, ISO 27001 on the roadmap. DPA available on request.
Uptime monitoring, structured error capture, rate limiting on the public API, and a documented incident response process.
