We want you to be happy with PlannasHub. GRAPHENE ROCK CAPITAL offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans purchased directly from us through our reseller, Paddle.

How it works

• You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date, for any reason.
• Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.
• To request a refund, visit paddle.net and search for your order using the email you purchased with, or contact us at support@plannashub.com and we'll assist.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.

After the 30-day window

After the 30-day window, you may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals; you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Pro-rata refunds outside the guarantee window are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
